Events Laureate provides three package options for your wedding planning convenience. These packages consist of the most requested services we offer, but we will be happy to design a package for your specific budget and event needs, or provide you with just one or two services as necessary.
SWEET SOIRÉE:
This package allows you to step back, relax, and let us take care of every detail on your big day. Your only job is to look beautiful, smile, and say "I Do." This package includes:
- Initial consultation
- Event itinerary
- Advance confirmation with all vendors
- Day-of assistance:
- Organize and oversee vendors
- Assist bride, groom, families, and bridal party as needed
- Organize place cards, bridal portrait, cake cutting implements, guest book and pen, and other necessities
- Deliver final vendor payments and tips
- Bustle wedding gown
- Provide emergency kit
- Troubleshooting as needed
POSH PARTY:
For the couple who know what they want and prefer a little extra consulting help, this package includes the entire Sweet Soirée package as well as some additional services:
- Everything included in the Sweet Soirée package
- Unlimited phone calls and emails
- Up to 3 personal consultations or vendor meetings
- Vendor referral
- Budget assistance
- Etiquette guidance
- Assist with invitation design and ordering
- Registry assistance
- Favor suggestions
- Gift bag delivery
- Room block management
- Rehearsal direction
- Event assistant as necessary
FABULOUS FÊTE:
This full-service package includes all the help you would think to ask for, and even some you might not realize you need. We cover the entire planning process from the night you get engaged to the morning you leave on your honeymoon. This package includes:
- Everything included in the Posh Party package
- Attend all vendor meetings
- Contract negotiations
- Event design assistance
- Assist with invitation addressing, stuffing, and mailing
- Decorate reception room with vendors
- Guest activity planning
- Transportation planning
- Post-event coordination:
- Stay until all vendors have left and ensure venue is cleaned up and all items are out
- Remove and save all leftover items including gifts, décor, and unclaimed favors
- Take bouquet to preservation company
- Take wedding gown to cleaner
- Return tuxes
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
